Wendy

Wendy is from Texas. Inspired by the TV show MASH, ever since she was a small child she has wanted to be a doctor. She attended Colorado State University where she earned a BS in Microbiology. During her summers in college she worked at Philmont Boy Scout Ranch as a Ranger. Between medical school and college Wendy did a year of service with AmeriCorps Vista. She went to medical school at the University of Texas at Houston. She did her residency at Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT. After finishing residency she began working at an urgent care center for pediatrics called Kidscare. After getting established in her career, she married her husband Jason who she met while working at Philmont.
